Lii Audio Customer Purchase Terms & Conditions
By placing an order on the official Lii Audio website, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to the following terms:
1. All product prices displayed on our website exclude shipping fees and all taxes. Product pricing is unified globally and will not be adjusted according to the customer’s country or region. Please contact our customer service to confirm shipping costs before purchase and complete payment via the designated shipping fee link separately.
2.For all international orders, the customs authority of the destination country may legally levy import VAT, excise duty, customs tariffs, and additional handling fees.
3. All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees mentioned above are not included in product prices or standard shipping fees. The customer shall be solely responsible for covering all such expenses in full.
4. Lii Audio shall not be liable for logistics delays caused by customs inspections or clearance reviews, nor for any additional import-related charges.
5. Routine customs inspection is a standard process for cross-border shipments, which may lead to delivery delays. Lii Audio assumes no liability for delivery time compensation in such cases.
6.This official notice constitutes a binding part of the sales contract between both parties and shall take legal effect automatically for all transactions.
Lii Audio After-Sales Service Policy
Lii Audio provides free return, exchange and maintenance services within the scope of legal and agreed responsibilities for the following situations:
1. Product Quality Defects: Inherent factory defects, workmanship flaws and functional failures;
2. Shipping Errors: Incorrect items, missing items, and inconsistent model, specification or color with order details;
3.Transit Damage: Severe breakage, extrusion deformation or damaged outer packaging caused by logistics transportation, which affects normal use.
Return or exchange service is not available under the following circumstances, and the buyer shall bear all relevant responsibilities:
1. Non-Quality Returns: Requests due to personal dislike, order mistakes, wrong selection and other subjective reasons;
2. Man-Made Damage: Malfunctions caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, improper use or incorrect operation;
3. Normal Wear & Tear: Minor scratches and abrasion during transportation that do not affect core functions;
4. Customs Charges: Import duties, VAT and additional local taxes levied by the destination country;
5. Special Products: Clearance goods and customized & engraved products, which are final sale for non-quality issues;
6.Force Majeure: Losses caused by war, natural disasters, government control and unexpected logistics delays.
Please contact customer service and submit valid photos or videos as evidence (including defective details, shipping label and outer package) to file an after-sales request.
1. Preferred Solution: Free parts replacement, product replacement or partial refund compensation will be provided firstly;
2. Return & Refund: Only applicable to unused, unopened products with original intact packaging and complete accessories. Refund will be processed after warehouse inspection and verification;
4.Refund Time: The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3–7 working days after inspection.
1. Seller’s Liability (Quality Issue / Wrong Shipment / Transit Damage):
All outbound shipping fees for replacement, re-delivery and exchange shall be fully covered by Lii Audio.
2. Buyer’s Liability:
Returns for personal reasons are generally not accepted and only allowed through special negotiation.
The buyer shall bear all international round-trip freight, customs clearance fees, service fees and return tariffs.
1. All returned items must be kept in original condition, without disassembly, stains or missing accessories;
2. Freight collect is strictly prohibited. All return shipments must be prepaid. Our warehouse reserves the right to reject collect parcels and cancel after-sales requests;
3. Malicious refusal of delivery or rejection without valid evidence will void after-sales qualification;
4. Lii Audio reserves the right of final interpretation of this after-sales policy.
